Understanding the customer requirements is an integral part of being able to deliver effective operations, support and customer service. Experience in customer management, client relationships and people management throughout my career has helped me develop an approach which is both effective and engaging. To support these skills developed through an experienced route, I also have the following academic qualifications.


  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) - Business Management & Law
  • Higher National Certificate (HNC) - Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) - Electrical & Electronic Engineering

As well as the following Accreditations

  • Chartered Engineer Status - IEng
  • Senior Engineering Management Accreditation - GCGI
  • Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology MIET
