Management issues are sometimes not so easy to see from within an organisation. Taking an objective view and using the experiences gained through many different industry sectors, I can provide a perspective that helps initiate change or provides a platform for management development.

Flexibility of the workforce against the demands of the business is a key economic driver, and a critical element to the success of any business. Shaping the size of departments to meet this demand is both stressful for employees as well as management.  Having had responsibility to both increase and downsize departments, I can provide an objective and impartial view which helps support staff and management alike, making the transition as smooth as possible.

 

 

 

Change Catalyst

Not everyone likes change, but in order for businesses to be successful, they need to change with market, client or stakeholder demands. My services can provide a fresh view point to old problems, or a “get the ball rolling” approach to changes within the business, without the worry of engrained culture, morale or other business change inhibitors.
